The Stumptown Players welcomes one and all to its debut summer production of Sylvia, by A.R. Gurney, Directed by Helen Hanson.

First produced by the Manhattan Theatre Club in 1995, Sylvia has been described by the New York Daily News
as “beautiful, funny, touching and
Sylvia Playprofound.” Sylvia is a dog – not just any dog – she’s got her man!
Trouble is, the man has a wife. This play looks into what happens when a new dog enters an old
marriage, and creates a very different ménage a trois. A man and his dog….and a wife - sounds like trouble, but it’s actually love.

Sylvia will be presented at the O’Shaughnessy Center on Central Avenue in Whitefish
August 11 through 14 & August 18 through 21 at 8:00 p.m.

Recommended for adults and teens; cabaret-style seating with beer, wine and snacks available. Tickets are $18.00, and will be available as of July 1.
